SWMS sign-on and site sign-in checks

The SWMS you approve is now the SWMS your workers sign, and the site gate checks it. A worker can't sign in to site until they have their Worker Induction, the Site Induction for that project and today's SWMS sign-on.

3The three sign-in requirements

1
Worker Induction in the last 12 months

About the person: details, company, licences. Not tied to a site.

2
Site Induction for that project in the last 12 months

The workspace's default site induction, or the project's own form if the builder has linked one.

3
SWMS sign-on for that project and the worker's company, today

On the company's own sign-on form or the shared SWMS Sign on form. The company picked at sign-in must match.

A refused sign-in shows a red message: a Worker Induction reminder when the form opens, or "Dependency validation failed" after Submit. The full guide explains what to check.

4Workers must be logged in

Only a worker's own submissions count, so workers must be logged in to DS Site for their inductions, their SWMS sign-on and their sign-in. A sign-on made without logging in shows as Anonymous and never counts at site sign-in.
