DS Site is the free phone app your site team and subbies use for inductions, sign-on and site forms. Everything they submit lands in the Deep Space web app. We'll get people onto DS Site, set up sign-on and inductions, and find the forms. Then we'll cover the questions we get most.

Get people onto DS Site

In Directory, User Directory, open the three dots on a person, then DS Site Permissions. Pick a role and click Add to DS

Go to HSEQ, Site Sign On, pick the project and click the QR icon. Each project has a Sign In, a Visitor Sign In and a Si

Under HSEQ, Site Inductions, each project has its own induction code. Put it at the gate, or send the link to the crew b

Find every form

Everything submitted on DS Site lands in the HSEQ registers, like SWMS, permits, inspections, inductions and incidents.

Your own forms go under HSEQ Custom Forms. Pick a form to see every submission, and use the QR icon to put it on site.

The app closes as soon as it opens.

Check they picked the right project on the form, as that's how it reaches the register. Then filter by company or date.
